Overview
Endobronchial ultrasound has quickly become the standard of care in the diagnosis and staging of thoracic malignancy as well as benign diseases. Now with introduction of robotic bronchoscopy, we are on the verge of another major advancement in the role of bronchoscopy for accessing peripheral pulmonary lesions. Optimally performing these procedures, in appropriate patients, is paramount, and requires proper training of the entire team involved.
This year, we are placing a special emphasis on teamwork and collaboration during hands-on sessions, as well as providing separate didactic lecture series for the MDs and the RNs/Techs for more relevant topics for each group. If you are interested in attending the RN/PA/NP lecture track, please make your selection at registration as space is very limited. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a team discount available for 1 physician and 1 RN/PA/NP from the same organization (see details below under registration).
This well-received annual CME course reviews these crucial advanced diagnostic and staging procedures, how to optimize performance in a multidisciplinary team oriented fashion and provides hands-on workshops with expert faculty.
